Worldwide shipping is availble to CONFIRMED PAYPAL addresses.

**If your address is not confirmed we will cancel your order.**

Please note, if you pay by Paypal e-check, your items will be held until the payment has cleared

Please note, we DO NOT change addresses AFTER you've made your payment.

If you need to make a change, we will be refunding your payment and you'll have to change your address with Paypal as we do not make these changes.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 3 - 10 business days of receipt. Tracking information will be sent to you via PayPal. 

⇉⇉⇉⇉ it is advised that you order your hair at least 1 WEEKbefore you need it. ⇇⇇⇇⇇⇇ 

We ship via  FedEx with tracking number. Shipping Cost Is $55 up to 500 grams 

PLEASE NOTE: Once FedEx Office has accepted the shipment, we are not responsible for late deliveries, customs delays, lost or stolen items, etc. 

We are not responsible for customs charges nor will we issue refunds due to customs charges. These fees are a responsibilty of the receiver. 

Please do not order hair 2 days before you need it :O) 

It's best to order your hair at least 1 week before it's needed to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery. thx!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do our utmost to make sure that what you see is what you get. However, stuff happens and we have policies in place for this reason.

REFUNDS - We do not offer refunds on purchases.

EXCHANGES - Hair will only be exchanged due to MyFilipino Hair error (exchanged at our cost).
